Maman was working today so Papa took the boys to the
Winterlude where they joined friends Mike,
Linke and Tash at Le Domain des Flocons for sliding and a beavertail. It was a
very cold day so they were bundled up.
They visited us for lunch where Sam was happy to get a
Valentine "fan" full of M&Ms. Little David needed a rest. When he
woke up, he was happy to try out his "fan" too.
Grandpa started a Reddy the Fox story with Samuel while
David showed us his "hot shots".
Next we got on our snowsuits and headed over to the Bruce
Pit to try out the tobogganing hill which was "bigger than a house".
Samuel was soon an expert on the GT-Snowracer. In this video you can see him in
action and listen to David complaining because he wanted to try it too.
It was really fun going down and a lot of work coming up.
Soon the setting sun told us it was time to leave the hill and head out to our
warm homes.
