As cousin Mary Janet was visiting Ottawa Aylmer
Karine was first to arrive with Samuel and
David. When we joined them, the boys were happy to show us the playground.
Then we enjoyed our picnic supper together.
Mary Janet brought some chocolate "ladybugs" for the boys and some
chocolate truffles for the adults.
Barbara and Sam ran up the hill to get some
new tugboats for the boys - they wanted to go swimming. As it was a cool
evening there was lots of room on the beach and in the water. The older adults
watched the action from lawn chairs.
When it was time to leave we carried the
gear back the cars. The tired boys happily settled into their car seats for a
good rest.
