Grandpa was busy cooking peameal bacon and making coffee for
the Bowman family brunch when Papa, the Chelsea boys and Boots arrived for a Christmas/New Year's
brunch (Maman was working today)..
Soon cousin Gavin joined in the fun. The boys opened a giant
Christmas cracker and had hats, toys and quiz questions to share.
Then the boys settled in to watch some Thomas Christmas
movies.
Soon it was time to eat together.
Samuel and David presented Grant with a birthday pineapple.
After lunch it was time for a few gifts. David helped pass
them out. David was happy to get some new pjs and Gavin and Sam liked their new
toys.
While David had his nap, Papa and Sam constructed the new
transformer. Then they tested out some snow markers from Valarie, first on a
game of tic-tac-toe and secondly on a snowman.
When David woke up, he played train with Grant. The boys had
fun with "magic" rice krispie squares which stuck to their hands.
Ok Boots, wake up - time to go home with the boys...
